Project values range from $1M to $75M, offering variety, complexity, and rewarding challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Oversee construction phases from initiation to completion

Ensure compliance with contracts, codes, and safety standards

Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver on time and within budget

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate an established site team

Foster a culture of collaboration, performance, and accountability

Stakeholder Engagement

Be the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

Quality & Safety

Drive quality assurance and safety compliance on-site

Implement processes that uphold high standards of workmanship and safety

Reporting & Documentation

Deliver regular project updates to senior management and clients

Maintain accurate and compliant site documentation

Extensive experience delivering complex and diverse projects

Deep understanding of contemporary construction practices and codes

Proven leadership of diverse, high-performing site teams

Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organisational skills
