A major builder–developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the delivery team on a $100m mixed-use residential tower in Waterloo.

This is a well-run site backed by experienced senior management and first-class systems. The business is known for its ability to deliver complex high-rise work at scale — and is selective about who they bring into the team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee day-to-day site operations on a landmark residential project

Report directly to an experienced Project Manager and work as part of a well-resourced delivery team

Manage subcontractors, coordinate program milestones, ensure safety compliance, and drive quality on-site

Work in a business that actively promotes from within, with a strong track record of developing Site Managers into Project Managers
