TRSWA Commercial is a Perth based roofing company, specialising in all aspects of commercial and industrial metal roofing. As a growing business, we're looking to add a Commercial Project Manager/Site Supervisor to our already fantastic team.

Qualifications & experience

Previous supervisory experience essential

Extensive knowledge in all aspects of commercial roof plumbing, cladding, sheeting & flashings

An understanding of the BCA and relevant building codes, with a broad knowledge of OHS Practices in the Roof Plumbing industry

Ability to read and interpret building plans and technical drawings

A natural leader who can manage situations, clients, suppliers and their own team

Superior time management and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure, problem solve and show initiative

Ability to communicate at all levels, including to staff, clients, suppliers and management

High attention to detail

Working knowledge of onsite height access equipment

Tasks & responsibilities

Oversee on-site operations and ensure project is running smoothly and efficiently

Conduct daily pre-start meetings to ensure personnel are informed of safety and production issues

Provide job specific instructions to personnel on daily basis and monitor progress of works

Communicate routinely and effectively with TRSWA Commercial Manager and other supervisors as required

Assist in work scheduling and planning

Placing orders for materials and coordinate deliveries

Manage all OHS requirements such as JSA’s, site safety inductions, project OHS documentation

Ensure that all personnel are properly trained on the use of appropriate equipment

Perform any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by TRSWA Commercial Manager
