Overview of the Role

This role is ideal for a seasoned Project Manager who thrives in both the boardroom and on-site. You’ll lead glazing projects from estimation and design through to installation and handover. With a balance of office-based coordination and site supervision, you'll be the central figure in delivering projects to spec, on budget, and on time. You’ll work closely with estimators, designers, site supervisors, and installers while maintaining direct relationships with clients and builders. About the Role

Manage end-to-end delivery of glazing projects, overseeing planning, scheduling, budgets, and quality

Coordinate internal stakeholders (estimators, drafters, supervisors, and installers) for seamless execution

Liaise with external stakeholders (clients, architects, builders, and suppliers) to meet all contractual obligations

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and contractual requirements

Lead project documentation including contracts, RFIs, change orders, cutting sheets, BOMs, and delivery schedules

You’re an experienced Project Manager with a sharp eye for detail, solid commercial acumen, and a thorough understanding of glazing or construction environments. You can interpret complex architectural drawings, keep multiple moving parts aligned, and lead a team with confidence. Your communication skills are as strong as your technical ones, and you're motivated by getting the job done right—every time.

About the Ideal Candidate

Essentials:

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience managing glazing, facade, or construction projects

Strong project coordination, estimating, or site management background

Ability to read and interpret architectural/shop drawings and specifications

Desirables:

Familiarity with V6/VQuote and glazing systems

Experience with large-scale commercial builds

Sound knowledge of WHS and regulatory standards
