We are currently seeking a creative, passionate, and enthusiastic chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and cooking necessary ingredients and assisting in all sections of the kitchen as directed by the Head Chef

Complying with all company policies and procedures and all statutory regulations and food hygiene policies

Maintain high levels of service

Keeping all working areas clean and tidy, ensuring no cross contamination

Assisting with the monitoring of stock, including stock rotation

Ensuring minimum kitchen wastage

Learning skills and recipes from other kitchen brigade members and applying them

Any other reasonable duties as required and outlined by the Head Chef

Skills & Experience

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or a Diploma in Commercial Cookery

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment

Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure

Motivated team player with a genuine passion for food and hospitality

Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team
