What we are looking for:

Previous experience in sales

Experience in automotive industry - will be a big advantage!!!

High volume call experience

You will be competitive with a winning attitude

Excellent communication with outstanding negotiation skills

Ability to set personal goals and targets

Be able to work under pressure and exceed kpi's

A passion for good customer service

Be willing to work hard and have fun

What the role entails:

Handling new car sales enquiries from new customers over the phone

Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads

Maximising every sales opportunity and helping achieve our volume and profit objectives

Keen to work full-time including Saturdays (weekday RDO)

A willingness to excel and learn with a can do attitude
