The Role:
As a Customer Service Operator, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers within the telecommunications sector. You will handle a variety of inquiries, including upgrading their 3G network, troubleshoot mobile phone and wireless connection issues, and provide top-notch support. This role offers extensive paid training, hands-on experience, and the chance to learn from industry leaders.

As a Customer Service Operator, you will handle a variety of inquiries, including upgrading their 3G network, troubleshoot mobile phone and wireless connection issues, and provide top-notch support. This role offers extensive paid training, hands-on experience, and the chance to learn from industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Assist with mobile and wireless connection problems.
• Apply technical knowledge to provide effective solutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Maintain high levels of record keeping

Requirements:

• Prior call centre and case management experience.
• High-level of communication skills (written and verbal).
• Enthusiasm for customer satisfaction
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new applications.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging conversations.
• Availability to work 38 hours a week within 8 am - 8 pm (Monday - Friday)
