A successful privately owned group of companies we are looking for an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to play an important role in the business. The position is a hands on role with the ability to take control of the department while reporting directly to the Dealer Principal.

In order to be invited for an interview, candidates will require previous Sales Management experience gained within a franchised new vehicle dealership who has complete knowledge and understanding of all sales aspects of automotive dealership management.

This is a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate with a strong understanding managing key business drivers and the ability to lead, motivate and mentor staff.

To be successful in this role you will have solid experience in dealership management with the ability to drive total customer satisfaction across the dealership and demonstrated achievement of manufacturer performance targets. It is also important you develop a close and trusting relationship with our vehicle manufacturers with an ability to plan and implement all marketing and advertising activity.

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for continuing business development and growth, maximising performance and results.
