NSW Office Admin/Customer service May 2025
Specialist Fastener and Hardware Company established in 1989. An exciting opportunity exists for an Office administration customer service/Warehouse assistant working full time to join the team here in Ingleburn.
Fulltime hours from 8:00am – 4:00pm
You will be responsible for:
Processing orders received by Email or phone.
Making and receiving phone calls
Processing quotes
Sending through required material certificates to customers
Stores support as needed to cover warehouse shortfalls if required
Data entry
Basic knowledge of Excel would be a bonus
Strong communication skills
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure
Assisting customers by answering queries on deliveries and orders
Advising customers with on order and stock status.
Liaising with stores personnel and other general administrative duties
Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential
Fastener experience would be a bonus.
Forklift Licence also an advantage
User friendly processing software is Micronet
Must be a team player to compliment a happy work culture
