About the role
The Fruit Salad Tree Company is seeking an experienced and organised Office Administrator to join our team in beautiful Upper Rollands Plains, on the Mid North Coast of NSW. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our small, family run team, ensuring the smooth running of our busy office. It is essential that you have your own car, as there is no public transport from Port Macquarie out to our farm.
What you'll be doing
Manage all incoming and outgoing communications, including telephone enquiries, emails, and social media correspondence
Process sales orders and provide excellent customer service
Maintain and update customer records and databases
Organise and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
Support the broader team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
What we're looking for
Proven experience in an office administration or client/sales support role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Adaptable and flexible, with a positive and collaborative attitude
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
Knowledge of Shopify Point of Sale software would be an advantage
