What You’ll Be Doing

Welcoming clients and being the friendly face of the office

Answering calls, directing enquiries, and managing appointments

Following up on inbound leads and supporting client engagement

Assisting with basic admin, documentation, and marketing support

Helping coordinate events and team activities

Keeping CRM systems and office records up to date
