About the Role

Want to take on a new stimulating role where you can bring your customer facing skills and reception experience? At Fire Rescue Victoria, we have exactly what you’re looking for.

The Receptionist will operate the IPFX system by answering and re-directing calls, provide general on-site support for meetings, catering needs and events, ordering of supplies and stationery, and maintaining reception coverage at FRV's Burnley Complex.

This position will also provide support to the Technical Operations and other departments at Burnley to assist with service delivery needs through administrative support as required.

About you

To be successful in this position, you will have:

Office Administration certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience as a front of house receptionist in a challenging corporate environment.

A preference for experience or willingness to learn administrative support processes and software such as Microsoft office and software used for purchasing and invoicing.

Great attitude with a customer focus mindset.
