We are a highly successful and rapidly growing automotive group, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced Receptionist and Guest Relations Specialist to be the face of our brand!!!

In this vital front-of-house role, you’ll be the first person our guests meet—so your warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail will set the tone for the entire customer experience. From managing the customer lounge to handling customers enquiries, your goal will be to create a 5-star experience for every guest, every time.

What You’ll Be Doing

Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism

Overseeing the presentation and atmosphere of the reception and lounge areas

Organising catering and refreshments to ensure guests feel valued and cared for

Liaising with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless experience

Performing key admin tasks to support our busy dealership operations

Gathering and responding to customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in a dealership (high desired), luxury hospitality, or corporate reception role

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a cheerful, can-do attitude

Impeccable personal presentation and polished communication

Strong multitasking abilities and the confidence to work independently under pressure

A genuine love for people, problem-solving, and delivering high-end customer service
