POSITION

This is a full-time, office-based position located in Melbourne's eastern suburbs - ideal for a candidate looking to avoid the CBD commute and play a hands-on leadership role. You will work closely with the company's sales, service, and digital teams to shape compelling marketing campaigns across both product and service portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans across all product and service categories
• Lead go-to-market activities for new product launches and relaunches
• Collaborate with resellers, partners, and internal teams on co-branded and joint campaigns
• Create and manage high-impact marketing content (web, print, email, ads, etc.)
• Promote after-sales service offerings such as calibration, extended warranties, and support programs
• Build CRM campaigns that support customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing
• Analyse customer data to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates
• Drive digital marketing performance through SEO, SEM, and analytics platforms

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should possess the following:

• Marketing or Product Management experience in ANY form of Medical, Manufacturing, or Engineering
• Proven ability in campaign planning, content creation, and CRM execution
• Strong experience with digital channels, customer journey mapping, and performance analysis
• Confident communicator with strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to turn insights into actionable marketing strategies that drive business outcomes
• Permanent Resident or Australian/NZ Citizenship required
