An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent, full-time Marketing Manager to put their own stamp on the marketing function and become a key partner to the business.

As the Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for various tasks to ensure the successful execution of our marketing initiatives. This role will lead our marketing team and will be working closely with all departments (Recruitment, Engineering Services, Software, 3D Printing, Scanner) to increase our presence and further our brand.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Applying your well developed Marketing tools to support sales activity.

Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.

Deploying successful marketing campaigns from creation to execution.

Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels.

Creating and deploying Invenio marketing strategy and branding while working closely with the CEO.

Partnering with the Invenio Sales teams i.e. PLM, Business Services, Recruitment, and any other new departments.

Working closely with BDM teams to develop marketing collateral and drive lead generation

Marketing event management.

Developing and maintaining marketing assets – digital and non-digital (asset management, updating and archiving).

Our successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:

Minimum 3 years of Marketing management experience in Dassault Systemes suite of products eg. Solidworks, 3DExperience

Demonstrable hands on experience in a marketing role

BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.

Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate

Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns

High levels of resilience, drive and integrity

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong time management and organisational abilities
