Are you a detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment?

Our client is a Melbourne-based company making big moves in the global scientific and healthcare sectors and they're looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused administrator to support their Sales and Logistics teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience in administration, customer service, or logistics who wants to be part of a high-performing team where your work truly matters.

About the Role
You’ll play a central role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across their sales and order fulfilment processes. From managing enquiries and processing customer orders, to coordinating international shipments and keeping internal systems updated you’ll be key to maintaining their reputation for outstanding service and delivery.

This role is based in their new inner-city Melbourne facility, with flexibility for hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries and quote requests with professionalism and accuracy
  • Process orders and prepare invoices, ensuring all information is correct and up to date
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including courier bookings and tracking
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM and internal databases
  • Support internal reporting, presentations, and data collection for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales administration, logistics, or customer support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or shipping platforms is a plus
