About Us: Doors Direct is a small family owned and operated garage door business located at Geebung on the northside of Brisbane.

Salary Type: Salary to be negotiated based on experience

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4pm, Friday: 7:30am – 3pm.

Your role

Being the first point of contact for the customer

Diagnosing what they need

Being solution based

Providing them with a quote

Scheduling a booking

Prompt management of an inbox of enquiries

Quotation preparation and associated documentation for pre and post sales

Working as part of a team to meet and exceed sales target

Support to our technicians on the road

Accounts payable and receivable

Manage all customer follow ups

Helping customers who come into the showroom

Managing stocktake

Updating of website and social media

The applicant will have:

Previous administration and sales experience

Speedy and accurate typing skills and be able to use typing shortcuts

Ability to multi task between multiple screens, tabs and phone calls

Strong knowledge of excel spreadsheets

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer service

A pleasant phone manner is a must

Be motivated and able to work in a fast paced envrionment

Be able to work autonomously and in a team environment

Ideal to have knowledge of Brisbane suburb locations for scheduling

Prefer competency in Servicem8 - not essential

Specific garage door knowledge training, with ongoing support, will be provided on the job.

Free onsite parking and within walking distance to Geebung train station.
