THE ROLE
The company is looking to employ Sales and Contracts Administrator to perform a range of sales administrative tasks. The Sales and Contract Administrator plays a crucial role in the organisation and will be reporting directly to the General Manager.
RESPOSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Coordinating Sales Teams and collection and distribution of sales leads.
Preparing and maintaining:
Sales stock list
Advertising both physical and online channels with support of marketing team.
Sales and marketing material
Sales contracts with support of our projects and legal team
Sales database
Sales reports for internal and external stakeholders
Contract Administration which includes:
Contract preparation and signing through DocuSign
Payment of Deposits
Finance
Property access for inspections for Valuers or buyers
Ensuring all contract conditions are satisfied which may require involvement of other departments or contractors.
Pre and post Settlement documentation and notifications.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in sales administration, contract management, settlements, or real estate support is preferred.
Familiarity with Vault RE CRM or similar real estate management software is an advantage.
Experience with DocuSign or other e-signature platforms.
Basic knowledge of property settlements, finance approvals, and real estate contracts.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Strong interpersonal skills as the role involves communication with various stakeholders, including buyers, settlement agents, property managers, and banks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy as the role involves contracts and reporting.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities as the role involves high sales volume; coordinating multiple stakeholders from time to time; and working to timeframes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
EMPLOYMENT AND SALARY
Immediate start
Office based role at the Yaran Head Office in South Perth
Full-time position
Office Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM Monday to Friday
Parking: included
Company cars: we have a fleet available exclusively for work use
Starting salary: from $65,000 to $75,000 + Superannuation, depending on qualifications and experience.
