Looking for a change from your current Real Estate role or wanting to make a move from your current industry?

Chandler & Co Real Estate is on the lookout for someone with prior Real Estate experience who's ready for a new chapter - We have TWO roles available currently:

An administrative / sales support position where you can manage and oversee all reception, sales administration and property advertising

A sales role that will allow you to step in as an assistant to help with the processes alongside our sales team, or, if you already have a track record in Real Estate sales, we are open to you taking on your own BDA from day one!

Based in our Belgrave office, our admin role would suit someone who is self motivated, enjoys being busy and enjoys being the engine behind a small yet dynamic team. Being part of a smaller office allows you to really be part of the team, not just cornered into a set role, so if you like jumping in and helping in all aspects of an office environment, this could certainly be the right position for you!

The sales support role is just waiting for the right person to walk through the door - We hear so many people say they would love to give Real Estate a go. For those new to the industry, you will require a sales or similar background, or perhaps you have run your own business and are looking to put your negotiation, project management and time management skills to the test.

For those who are already working in the industry, maybe you are looking for a more supportive environment, or perhaps a change in location from where you currently are. Sometimes, too many Agents in the one office can crowd your space and to thrive, you may need a fresh start... Now is your opportunity. This ad is your sign to make the call and make the change.

You will have completed your Agents Rep Cert and have your drivers license and own vehicle. you are confident with technology, confident in your abilities and aspire to achieve in everything you do.

KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES...

Previous Real Estate experience

Excellent organisational skills

Attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions clearly

Be curious about all aspects of Real Estate

Have common sense, practical approach and a great work ethic

OFFICE ADMIN ROLE

Your day-to-day will include:

Managing sales files from listing to settlement

Co-ordinating property advertising ( REA, domain, View etc)

Liaising with clients, solicitors and suppliers

Supporting our sales team with admin tasks

Answering and directing phone calls

Updating our CRM ( Agentbox)

Helping to manage our social media platforms

SALES ROLE

Managing buyer appointments, building / pest inspections and bank valuations

Working with buyers by way of helping with enquiries, inspections and OFI's

Managing admin tasks relating to appraisals

Overseeing property marketing and helping to manage strict time guides relating to advertising

Client liaison and customer service at a superior level
