Your new role

As a Governance Officer, you will be part of a collaborative team responsible for delivering secretariat and governance support to key internal committees and working groups. You will coordinate meeting schedules, prepare documentation, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of governance frameworks and processes.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing forward work plans and coordinating committee logistics
• Drafting reports, briefings, and correspondence
• Providing advice on governance and risk
• Maintaining standard operating procedures
• Supporting internal stakeholders and liaising with external bodies
• Assisting with operational support during electoral events
