About the role:

The ICT Infrastructure team is responsible for the management and support of servers, networking, all End User Computing equipment and support. There is a requirement for a Business Analyst to join the ICT Infrastructure Business Unit to support the development and delivery of projects such as: PC as a Service, Internet & Telephony as a Service, ITSM as a Service and Cloud as a Service.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience
• Extensive experience (7 years+) working in complex ICT Infrastructure environments, implementing business process or system change and improvements.
• Experience in developing a range of functional and technical system specifications for complex, integrated Infrastructure systems and solutions.
• Experience engaging with external vendors.
