The Role

Full-Funnel Ownership: Paid media, lifecycle automation, CRO, analytics, integrations in to CRM

Budget Responsibility: Manage and confidently scale daily spend of $1000–100k, optimizing based on performance metrics.

Growth Accountability: Present clear monthly reporting on CAC, LTV, MER and overall growth insights.

Deployment: Take the helm of dynamic digital campaigns, from inception through to execution, including paid advertising and influencer partnerships, build campaign structures and optimization strategies

Planning: Build 12 month strategies that are executed and managed in 90 day sprints

You

8+ years’ experience scaling BTB & BTC or creator-led brands

Proven experience managing Meta and TikTok ads, with annual spend ≥ A$1M.

Expertise in lifecycle marketing automation

Demonstrated success in running Creatives and influencer marketing programs.

Strong analytical skills, continuous experimentation, and rapid iteration.
