UKO is a fast-paced, values-driven organisation at the forefront of Co-Living and Build-to-Rent. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance and Admin Support Officer to join our finance team in a part-time capacity (28 hours per week).
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play a key role supporting both finance and office operations, helping to ensure everything from payments to onboarding runs smoothly. You’ll assist with processing transactions, supporting reconciliations, managing admin tasks, and helping us deliver a great employee experience.
Your Week:
Monday: Work from our friendly head office in Sydney
Tuesday to Friday: Work from home (5-hour days, flexible within 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.)
Key Responsibilities:
Process receipts and reconcile banking transactions
Assist with invoice registration, tenant invoicing, and accounts queries
Support staff onboarding and offboarding
Help coordinate staff events and maintain office supplies
Track and set up IT equipment and systems access
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in admin or finance support
Familiarity with accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and time management
A team player with initiative and a collaborative spirit
