To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
NDIS Administrative Tasks
Develop a sound understanding of the business's internal processes to manage and onboard NDIS-eligible participants
Develop a good working knowledge of the client management system, managing rosters and compliance
Develop a weekly routine to ensure eligible NDIS activities recorded in the client management system are accurately and completely recorded for claiming on NDIA
Generate regular reports from the client management system to assist Key Management Personnel
Develop a sound understanding of the business's internal processes to onboard new staff
Rostering & Internal Systems Management
Manage and update staff rosters, ensuring compliance with SCHADS award
Set up new staff in rostering systems and maintain accurate records
Oversee client management system to ensure all service bookings and NDIS funding records are current
Track and update changes to participant support needs in relevant systems
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate documentation for all administrative processes
Assist in onboarding new staff by preparing documentation and scheduling training
Provide administrative support to Service Delivery Coordinators and Relationship Managers
Maintain filing systems and ensure data security and confidentiality
