About the role

This full-time position involves managing staff rostering across our disability services, along with providing essential administrative support to the team. Flexibility is required with occasional rostered weekends, giving time off during the week.

Your responsibilities

Create and maintain accurate rosters to ensure client needs are met

Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and shift allocations efficiently

Provide general administration support, including record-keeping and correspondence

Liaise with staff, clients, and families to facilitate smooth operations

Support compliance by managing staff documentation and training records

What you’ll bring

Experience in rostering, scheduling, or administration (aged care or disability experience highly regarded)

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional approach

Proficiency with rostering software

Flexibility to work weekdays with occasional weekend shifts (planned in advance)
