Our client, a top tier Federal Government entity in the finance space is seeking a Service Manager Expert to join their team in mid July.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the support and enhancement of key existing IT platforms;
- Ensuring Support and Maintenance tasks are implemented in a timely manner, within the agreed quality and performance targets;
- Engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure the successful integration and operation of existing and new software systems;
- Managing the technical aspects of decommissioning, and the business area negotiation and engagement for those tasks.
Criteria:
- 5+ years in senior service management roles
- Extensive experience with Agile methodologies in managing technical teams and facilitating stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated experience in implementing support and maintenance tasks to agreed quality and performance standards
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, Agile certification or equivalent
