About the role:
We are currently seeking a highly driven, motivated and experienced BDM to join our sales team. You will be required to generate new business, help manage and grow the company’s client portfolio, both from company generated leads and sourcing your own.
We are obsessed about delivering the best customer experience we can possibly offer. If you are a soldier with sales and on work ethic, this is the role for you.

Your key responsibilities will be:
Developing new business whilst building great connections
Building and expanding relationships with existing clients
Identifying and pursuing potential clients
Following prospective client leads and converting them into sales
Preparing briefs and client proposals
Attending regular meetings with current and potential clients
Attending networking events to engage with like-minded people
Liaising with various stakeholders and departments
Delivering excellent customer service via Teams, face-to-face, phone and email
You will be:
Sales/Business Development experience
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and administration skills (including CRM capability)
Self-confident, with a positive can-do attitude and motivated to be successful in sales
Highly driven, a great communicator, excellent networker, and referrer
A great listener, building rapport and empathising with the customer
Persuasive and know how to read the customer and demonstrate initiative to take control of any situation
Extremely knowledgeable on product and industry, and have insight to the customer’s needs
Focused, planned and organised
Highly energetic, competitive, and ambitious to get the job done
Clear on every step of the sales process, including objection handling and closing the sale
Sales driven, supporting the company to exceed sales targets and break all records
Genuine, honest and outstanding work ethic
Providing outstanding advice and service, building everlasting trust
