We’re looking for a passionate Customer Care Consultant (Aftermarket) to join our team in a full-time, Monday to Friday. This is a 12-month maternity leave contract, with the potential to extend. If you're confident over the phone, love helping customers, and want to be part of their final steps before taking delivery of their new car, this could be the perfect fit for you.
About the Role:
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our aftermarket protection product sales, working closely with both the Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless, end-to-end customer journey. You’ll be handling inbound and proactive phone-based sales , making sure every customer is offered the right extras to protect their new purchase—while also managing the admin behind the Aftercare Sale that keeps things running smoothly.
Your Day-to-Day:
Jump on the phone with our customers to discuss their Aftermarket needs and find the right fit for them!
Track and review upcoming deliveries to facilitate Aftercare sales.
Follow up post-sale to ensure the customer is satisfied with the products.
Work collaboratively with Sales and Customer Success to align on deals and ensure every customer gets the support they need.
Coordinate with the Customer Success Consultants (CSC) on delivery time frames.
Respond to and follow up on previous day’s emails from customers.
Manage warranties with the supplier to provide to our internal team for the customer.
Update orders within our CRM (Salesforce).
Work closely with our Aftermarket suppliers, keeping up to date with any updates or changes to products.
Maintain product knowledge to be able to provide the best advice to our customers on specific needs.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
Have previous experience in Aftermarket sales,—especially phone-based.
Are a confident communicator who’s great at building rapport quickly over the phone.
Love working as part of a team that collaborates to get results.
Am organised and detail-oriented—you stay on top of multiple tasks with ease.
Bring a can-do attitude, take initiative, and keep customers at the heart of everything you do.
