About the role
Join the team at iFIT Health & Fitness' as a Customer Care Consultant based in our Seven Hills, NSW office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive brand experience and driving customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and chat, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance
Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions and escalate complex matters as required
Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathise with customers
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve customer queries efficiently
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office suite
A collaborative team player with a positive, patient and resilient attitude
Knowledge of the fitness industry or experience with health/wellness products would be highly regarded
