Salary: $70,000- $80,000 Per Annum

Full Time (Approx. 38 Hours Per week)

Bakers Delight Winston Hills is looking for an experienced retail manager who has experience in a similar role, and is able to perform duties as outlined below:

Key Responsibilities

Managing daily product selection, ensuring fresh stock availability, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Developing purchasing strategies, overseeing bakery-specific marketing initiatives, and setting competitive pricing structures.

Planning and executing bakery-focused promotional activities to drive customer engagement and increase product awareness.

Guiding customers through bakery product choices, providing recommendations, and sharing relevant product information.

Accurately tracking stock levels, daily sales, and financial transactions to maintain optimal inventory management.

Preparing, managing, and monitoring store budgets to achieve financial goals and operational efficiency.

Overseeing recruitment, training, and ongoing supervision of bakery retail staff, fostering a motivated and skilled team.

Ensuring compliance with Bakers Delight policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety standards.

What Skills and Experience we are looking for

To hit the ground running you will need to demonstrate:

Minimum 1 years of experience or more in retail management.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
