About the role

Start Date: Late June

Wolf On Watton is looking for an experienced Night Chef to join our team at Little Red' (what the night service will be called) in Werribee, VIC 3030. This is a casual or part time role for Thursday/Friday/Saturday nights.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of delicious dishes for our guests during the dinner service

Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen

Collaborating with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Night Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry

Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations

Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

Good communication and customer service skills

Food safety and hygiene certification
