Numurkah Golf & Bowls Club Inc has a Casual employment opportunity for a chef/cook to assist our small catering staff. Our small bistro operates (7) seven days a week lunch & dinner. Ideal setting, away from fast paced kitchens & long days, we require a person just a few shifts a week to allow you a work life balance and that extra income to help the household. Your experiences in the kitchen just might be right for our kitchen, why not give it a go.

Qualifications & experience

• Knowledge of kitchen operations. Attention to detail with a strong focus on Food Safety · Good communication skills with an enthusiastic and energetic approach..

Tasks & responsibilities

• Preparation of food. Compliance with HACCP and local health regulations, acts & statutes of the day. Ability to work autonomously & in a team environment.
