The Sunshine City Club is currently seeking an experienced Chef/Cook to join our Bistro, commencing as soon as possible. We require someone with experience in running a kitchen, including stock ordering, menu preparation, and ensuring all food safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to.
Our Bistro is open from 5:30pm - 8:30pm Wednesday to Saturday only. We are a small friendly team looking for someone with a sense of humour, a passion for cooking and a desire to help make the business grow.
The successful applicant must have the following attributes:
Experience working in a Bistro/Club/Hotel
Great communications skills
Passion for cooking
Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment
TEAM player
Have Australian working rights
