Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present a range of pizzas to high standards
• Ensure ingredients are fresh, and pizzas are consistently of high quality
• Manage pizza dough preparation, stretching, topping, and baking
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Assist in stock management, ordering supplies as needed
• Contribute to menu ideas and seasonal specials

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of pizza dough preparation and baking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Passion for food and creativity in cooking
