About the role

REI Master P/L is seeking an experienced Property Management Software Consultant to join our team on the Gold Coast, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and technical support to our clients in the implementation and optimisation of our industry-leading property management software.

What you'll be doing

Assessing clients property management software requirements and recommend appropriate solutions

Deliver comprehensive training and onboarding to new clients on the software's features and functionalities

Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure seamless software operation

Collaborate with the development team to identify and implement software enhancements

Maintain detailed documentation and reporting on client interactions and software performance

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software developments to advise clients on best practices

What we're looking for

Experience in a property management software consulting or support role

Extensive knowledge of property management software features and functionality

Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and training capabilities to effectively support clients

Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business or a related field
