The Role:
- Support leadership by managing schedules, communication, and executive tasks
- Streamline operations and ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day processes
- Coordinate and prepare reports to assist in decision-making
- Be a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain training plans, induction processes, and staff recruitment
- Oversee financials, KPI reports, and board meeting preparations
- Drive property management marketing, social media, and special projects
Who You Are:
- A skilled Property Manager with a solid understanding of tenancy and property regulations
- You have a passion for creating structure and improving efficiency within a team
- You have a Real Estate Licence (or working towards) and up-to-date CPD
- Tech-savvy and highly organised, you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
