The Role

Due to continued growth we require an experienced property manager for our premium build to rent assets. You will be supported by a full time leasing agent, analyst, trust accountant and administrative support with clear processes established on the requirements and procedures for each property.

Qualifications & experience

Class 2 Real estate Licence

Experience with Property tree essential

Drivers licence

A proven ability to manage time and follow proven processes

Ability to think independently

A desire to be a key part of a high performing team focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients

Tasks & responsibilities

Maintaining a clean and functional tenancy database

Act as the primary contact point for all tenant requests throughout the tenancy

Co-ordination of maintenance requests and regular service contracts

Focus on tenant happiness, retention and lease renewal whilst protecting our clients interests

Assist the Property officer in servicing leasing enquiries where required

Management of rental arrears in collaboration with the administrative team

Routine building inspections as required by the clients

Co-ordinating with on site staff to ensure buildings and apartments are well maintained and ready for new tenants promptly after vacate
