We are currently seeking a passionate and organised Placement Coordinator to support our students enrolled in the Certificate III in Individual Support; Certificate IV in Ageing Support & Diploma of Community Services programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage student work placements in accordance with course requirements

Build and maintain relationships with aged care and community service providers

Liaise with students, trainers, and host facilities to ensure placement success

Monitor student progress and provide support as needed during placements

Ensure compliance with relevant training and industry standards

Requirements:

Experience in the aged care or community services sector

Strong organisational and communication skills

Understanding of CTI's placement processes

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team

Current driver's license and willingness to travel to placement sites

Desirable:

Knowledge of CHC33021 and CHC43015 training packages
