Real Estate experience is considered a benefit but there is no need to have previous experience to be successful in Real Estate.

The role will include, but is not limited to:

- Learning how to prospect for new opportunities to generate appraisals and listings.

- Assisting and attending open homes and buyer inspections

- Building and maintaining relationships with existing LJ Hooker clients

- Commitment to working on Saturday.

- Handling prospective buyer inquiries

- Growing and maintaining your database

As you develop and display increasing competence in these areas your responsibilities will evolve, resulting in you becoming a fully-fledged Agent. In the years ahead, you may well become the Agent who mentors a new starter!

Successful applicants will be required to hold or obtain a Queensland Certificate of Registration and undertake our induction and training program.

You require your own reliable vehicle with insurance and current driver’s licence.
