Key Duties

Complete prospecting tasks to generate appraisals and listing opportunities

Undertake sales tasks relating to the sale of properties including prospecting, conducting appraisals, listings, open for inspections and auctions

Dealing with buyer inquiry and buyer management

Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them

Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value

Organize and conduct open for inspections, private inspections and VIP inspections with the Principal

Manage internal company customer relationship databases

Promote sales through advertising, open homes and listing services

Achieve and report to management on set Key Performance Indicators

Attend all internal training and meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

To succeed in this role you'll have:

A current Real Estate License or Registration Certificate (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);

A focused, driven and motivated personality;

Strong communication skills;

High level personal presentation;

Be process driven with a strong attention to detail;

Possess a strong work ethic and positive outlook;

High level problem solving skills;

Highly technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies;

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks;

A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
