About the Role

As a Junior Sales Associate, you will work alongside experienced agents, gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of residential property sales. You’ll be supported with training, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow your own client base in one of Queensland’s most exciting markets.

What You’ll Do

Assist senior agents with listing and selling properties

Support client relationship management and communications

Conduct property inspections and open homes

Coordinate marketing campaigns and property presentations

Help manage buyer enquiries and follow-ups

Learn negotiation strategies and contract processes

What We’re Looking For

A passion for real estate and a strong desire to grow in the industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong work ethic, initiative, and a team-oriented attitude

Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)

Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
