We’re looking for a talented Creative Designer to join this creative team and help drive the visual identity of a dynamic franchise brand. If you're passionate about design, motion graphics, and working across a mix of mediums, this is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll be working with a team that services both national marketing campaigns and supports individual franchisees with high-quality design work—no two days are the same!

What You’ll Do

Work closely with The National Marketing Manager to interpret briefs and create standout design concepts

Develop engaging visuals for a wide range of media including digital, print, social, and in-store

Create animated content to bring campaigns to life through motion design

Design and maintain branded templates and resources for use across the franchise network

Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets—nationally and locally

Stay on top of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team

What You’ll Bring

2–4 years of professional experience in graphic and motion design

Previous experience working within a franchise business

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite—Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

A portfolio that shows versatility across digital, print, and motion

Solid time management and communication skills—you’re organised and proactive

Ability to problem-solve and deliver creative solutions with initiative

A positive, team-first attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt

Bonus: Understanding of social media design trends (Instagram & Facebook)
