About the role

Geelong Reprographics, a leading provider of graphic design and print services, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team in North Geelong, Victoria. This full-time role will see you collaborate with clients to bring their creative visions to life through exceptional design work.

What you'll be doing

Conceptualise and design a variety of print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, logos, and social media content

Work closely with clients to understand their brand, vision and requirements, and translate these into impactful visual solutions

Prepare print-ready files and artwork, ensuring adherence to best practices and brand guidelines

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques and software to continuously enhance your skills and the quality of your work

Contribute to the creative direction and strategic planning for client projects

Collaborate with the wider team to deliver high-quality design outputs on time and within budget

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical abilities

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Excellent eye for detail and the ability to work to brand guidelines and specifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members

Exceptional time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines

Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field
