About the Role
As a Program Compliance Officer, you’ll drive the quality and compliance of Job Pathways’ Employment Programs. Working closely with front-line staff and leadership, you’ll help promote a culture of continuous improvement, conduct audits, monitor data integrity, and ensure programs meet all regulatory and internal standards.
This is a dynamic position that blends compliance oversight, staff mentoring, and systems improvement—ultimately supporting sustainable employment outcomes across the East Kimberley.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal Auditing & Staff Support: Deliver induction, mentoring, and coaching to strengthen staff understanding of compliance requirements.
- Contractual & Data Compliance: Conduct audits on participant files, analyse data trends, and ensure accurate, complete documentation in line with program standards.
- Workflow & Systems Monitoring: Audit systems and workflows to identify risks, flag issues, and support data integrity.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records, prepare audit reports, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Cultural Engagement: Apply culturally responsive approaches when working with Aboriginal clients, staff, and communities.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Experience mentoring or training staff in Employment Services (CDP experience highly regarded)
- Background in compliance, auditing, or case management within the employment services sector
- Familiarity with the CDP program and ECSN system
- Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver constructive feedback and training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook & Excel)
- Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines
- Able to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Solid understanding of privacy, confidentiality, and data governance
Preferred
- Tertiary qualifications in Administration, Auditing, Case Management, Employment Services or similar field.
What You’ll Need
- National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Capacity for regular travel throughout the region (road and air) including overnight stays
