This role sits within a high-performing Workers’ Compensation team, supporting a group of approachable lawyers and a well-regarded Partner. You'll be mentored by experienced Legal Secretaries and given hands-on training to grow your skills in a fast-paced but supportive legal environment.

What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and editing correspondence and legal documents;
- Assisting with briefs to Counsel and medical experts;
- Managing electronic and hard copy files;
- Answering calls and liaising with clients, courts, and third parties;
- Assisting with billing and monthly invoicing; and
- General administrative support to the legal team.
What we’re looking for:
- 1 year of admin or office experience in a law firm;
- A keen interest in building a legal support career;
- Great attention to detail and willingness to learn;
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing tasks; and
- Friendly and confident communication style.
