Are you passionate about building meaningful industry relationships and creating impactful student experiences? Our partner organisation is seeking a dynamic and driven Student Placement Coordinator to join their vibrant Christian learning community.

�� About the Role As the Student Placement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and securing quality placements for Social Work and Community Services students. Your ability to network, build partnerships, and manage relationships will directly contribute to the success of students’ practical learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong industry partnerships for student placements.
• Identify and initiate new placement opportunities through research and outreach.
• Assess and triage new leads for alignment with accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with Field Education Coordinators to ensure placement availability for each student cohort.

✅ Selection Criteria Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Social Work, or Community Services—or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, networking, and relationship management.
• Background in higher education or a similar setting is advantageous.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Target-driven and outcomes-focused.
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and placement platforms (e.g., InPlace).
• Adaptable, persistent, and solutions-oriented.
• Confident presenter with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Driver's Licence
