Are you an experienced Bid and Submissions coordinator looking for a new opportunity? This national size architecture practice is expending their marketing and business development team with an experience bid coordinator.

In this role, you will be conducting the end-to-end tender process and being responsible for developing well detailed, yet creative bids and submissions following branding guidelines. You will be able to communicate effectively with senior designers and sub-contractors to gather all relevant content in a timely manner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Managing the end-to-end process of bids and submissions and consistently updating the tender portal.

Collecting and obtaining all relevant information from project leads and formatting using relevant terminology and branding guidelines.

Organizing and attending meeting with business development team to identify new business opportunities and present timelines and progress.

Skills and Experience:

3+ years' experience as Bid Coordinator in the design and architecture industry

Exceptional attention to detail and copy writing skills.

The ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
