Lakes View is a brand-new acreage lifestyle estate in the Queensland country town of Hatton Vale. Located just minutes off the Warrego Highway and within an hour’s drive from both Brisbane and Toowoomba.

We are seeking a Site Foreman for this hands-on role in which you will supervise the subdivision construction for short term contract 4 – 6 months. You will need to be a reliable and motivated worker available for work 5 days a week and some weekends.

Qualifications & experience

Demonstrated supervisor experience

A minimum of 2 years post qualified trade experience as a Site Foreman / Site Supervisor

Competent in use of basic computing programs i.e. Email, Word, Excel

QBCC Site Supervisor License and White / Blue Card

Tasks & responsibilities

On-site supervision of all trade and supplier sub-contractors

Read an interpret construction plans and specifications

Identify and problem solve trade specific install issues as they arise on site, provide alternatives and solutions for the project team

Review and maintain construction schedule and adjust works as required to meet project deadlines

Ensure trade install works meets relevant Building Code, Australian Standards and industry best practices

Oversee and enforce compliance with WPH&S legislation & safety procedures i.e, site inductions, license checks, plant equipment and tool checks, adherence to project SWMS

Ongoing quality assurance to ensure high standards are met.

Renumeration:

Negotiated as a private settlement with the owner.
