Maxima's Recruitment Services are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman for their client with works based mostly in Springfield Lakes and Logan areas.

Whilst this position is casual, it is with the view of permanency for the right candidate.
We're offering a competitive hourly rate with OT and a work vehicle.

Works include, but not limited to:

• Earthworks
• Road Works
• Kerb and road base installation
• Path construction
• Stormwater pipes installation
• Detailed excavation

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, oversee and review overall status of projects with constant communication with leading hands
• Ensure all site resources are effectively utilised
• Ensure the Project Manager is promptly provided with relevant documentation received
• Ensure site diary is completed at the completion of each day
• Monitor the progress of sub-contractors
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities

About the successful candidate:

• Current driver's license
• White Card
• Proven experience in a civil construction and maintenance environment
• Substantial experience as a Construction Supervisor
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
