A newly created permanent, full-time role has become available working in support of the Business Manager. An experienced and highly skilled Bookkeeper and Payroll Officer is needed to complete a wide range of tasks and work as part of a small, busy and engaged finance team.
Some of your responsibilities would include:
End-to-end weekly payroll and associated tasks
Daily use of MYOB software
Preparation of monthly BAS and reporting assistance
Management of the Asset Register
Debtor invoicing, and assisting with progress claims
Assist Accounts payable and all facets of creditor payments as required
Help with a wide range of other accounts and admin duties related to this role and key to the successful functioning of the finance team

This is a permanent, full-time role working from the pleasant Balcatta offices. Mon – Fri 8am to 4.30pm

To be successful in your application, you should be able to demonstrate:
Several years of experience in a similar role and sector
Strong attention to detail, excellent computer (MYOB) and communication skills
The ability to prioritise and solve problems
You are highly organised and a good team player but also have the ability to work autonomously as required at times
